Packages will be dispatched the next working day after payment is made and confirmed.
We apologise that postage charges are not waivable, unless entitled for our free delivery promotion or VIP members.
Local delivery for in stock items will usually take another 2 working days maximum.
Therefore your package for in stock items will reach you in less than 3 working days upon confirmation. For preorder items, the turn around time is estimated about 2-3 weeks from the payment date. Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered working days.
In-Stock Items Exchange Policy
Items sold cannot be fully refunded.
All items are inspected for defects, prior to posting out.
Exchanges may be considered due to prominent manufacturer defects.
Exchanges may be possible for different color, different size and different items.
Below reasons may not be considered as manufacturer defects :
s Minor stains (light colour clothes expecially). Stains no larger than a ten-cent coin diameter.
s Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams.
s Claims that the cutting or design of apparel is not good or up to expectations.
s Deliberate damage of apparel such that it may warrant an exchange.
Other Exchange Exclusions
s Size issues - If the item you have is a free sized item, please pick another apparel that you like.
s Items worn and stained or applied with perfume, has cigarette smell, altered in any form, washed, sent for dry cleaning and/or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange.
s White items and promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Pre-Order Items Exchange Policy
Items sold cannot be fully refunded.
If a pre-order product has been received with an incorrect product, be it different in size, color or design from what has been ordered, or if the product has been received with prominent defects. In such a scenario, exchanges shall be allowed and shipping for both international and dosmetic postages will be covered by Kokogirls.
However if an erroneous order has been made by the customer and the customer wishes to exchange to another color or size or another design. It is still possible for exchange, only if our supplier is still carrying the item as Korean culture is very fast changing and that includes fashion items.
Pre-Order Exchange Conditions:
Pre-orders are all ordered and received from South Korea. Unlike our in-stock products, a pre-order product exchange will result in additional charges such as shipping and further waiting time for as long as two weeks. The customer is advised to order according to the individual size charts displayed in all product pictures.
All items are inspected for defects, prior to posting out.
- The customer agrees to pay for air shipping charges to and from South Korea.
- Products returned must still be in original packaging.
- Exchange can be made for the same product without extra charges, other than air shipping charges.
- Exchanges for products of higher value, customers will be required to top up the difference on top of the additional shipping charges.
- Exchanges for products of lower value, customers will be refunded the difference excluding the additional shipping charges.

How to exchange
1. All exchange requests MUST be received by us at sales@kokogirls.com within within 1 week from the date of dispatch of your order.
2. We will reply your exchange request within 24 hours with more information.
3. Items that are eligible for exchange, the customer has to bear full delivery charges, inclusive of registered mail fees (to our address and back).
4. Postage fees for exchange items are charged at SGD$1.50 per item and a registered post fee of SGD$2.25.
5. Exchange items delivery will only be processed once the postage fees has been received and confirmed.
6. Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you. |
