Hello all Singaporean Ladies & Gentlemen!
Welcome to Kokogirls.com!
Allow me to introduce myself first. My name is Jiseon Lee and I'm a native Korean permanantly residing in Singapore with my Singaporean husband.
I'm glad to introduce to all of you the Latest Ladies Apparel and Accessories that come from my hometown(All Made in Korea).
We are selling fully authentic Korean Apparel.
Therefore, we will not be able to match the pricing of those blogshops selling poor quality replicas (item made by illegal copying of catalogue of other shops) of our products, not made in Korea,
but being touted as Korean fashion. While shopping in these blogshops, do keep in mind to note the difference
in quality between our products and the likes of such replicas being offered elsewhere.
Having said that, we would like to assure all our shoppers that for all our quality items, we definitely have a very reasonable pricing for you.
In-stock Items
Every month, we will feature new items that are in stock to provide a fast delivery service.
Every single order should be delivered within 3 working days upon payment confirmation (Local Singapore Delivery) by SingPost.
However, we only carry limited stock for all apparel and accessories that are featured in our in stock category.
We do this so as to create uniqueness in every individual's dressing.
Therefore, we will not replenish any "Sold Out" items.
If you place an order for the in-stock items with any Pre-order item, your order will be proccessed and delivered together within 2-3 weeks.
Pre-order Items
We now have a Pre-order system for more choice of designer items and sizes.
This is how it works.
1. Customer will select and place order.
2. Customer will proceed to make payment via Internet/Bank Transfer.
3. Upon confirmation of payment, We will place orders with our panel of suppliers in Korea.
4. Suppliers will confirm and process the orders.
5. Items will be sent to us within two weeks.
6. Upon receipt of items, we will check for the out of stock items and defective items. Payment for Out of stock and defective items will be refunded to the customers.
7. The rest of the items will be posted out to customer.
For preorder items, the turn around time is estimated about 2-3 weeks from the payment date.
If you place an order for the pre-order items with any in-stock items, your order will be processed and delivered together, within 2-3 weeks.

1. Does Kokogirls ship overseas?
Please contact us to make arrangements for your purchase
and let us know what items you are interested in and your shipping details.
We will contact you within 24 hours with more detailed information.
2. How do I make payment?
After your checkout of the shopping cart is complete, an email will be sent to you with our banking information for bank transfers.
3. Will you bring in more stock for this (out of stock) item?
We bring in limited stock in every items so as to create uniqueness in all our customer's dressing.
By doing this, our turnaround for our apparels will be very fast so that we can constantly bring in newer selections for our customers.
Therefore we will never replenish any out of stock items.
4. How are you able to import all these Korean apparels and yet maintain at such affordable prices?
Being a native Korean, I can get all the products directly from the factories in Dong Dae Moon , Seoul, Korea. Thus eliminating any 3rd party fees. Also, being an online shop, we have no rental fees too!
5. Can I visit your store and take a look at your merchandise?
We apologise that this is currently impossible as we are currently only operating as an online store, should we venture towards an offline store, you will definitely be invited to come for viewing. =)
6. I ordered this maroon color t-shirt but I received a purple one instead, can I exchange it?
Colors may vary due to different screen resolution settings. Thus, we do our best to ensure that we list all the colors we carry as close as to the color name as possible.

7. Are there any other Korean products that you carry in your online shop?
We are sorry, as for now, Kokogirls will be concentrating on korean apparels, but do take a look back now and then, we might have others!

8. Are all your apparels really Korean Clothes?
Most of other online shopping websites list their products as ordered from Hong Kong or Taiwan. However, they could be manufactured elsewhere (typically China) based on Japanese and Korean designs (so they claim).
However, being a native Korean, I am able to distinguish between products MADE IN KOREA, from products MADE FROM KOREAN DESIGN. Therefore, we only import the MADE IN KOREA products after authentication from the manufacturers in Korea.
